  • Set up a 2-week fundraising window that works for your group.
  • We manage online order tracking, secure payments, and sales tracking.
  • No paper order forms, no cash handling, and no tallying.
  • We calculate individual earnings for you!

2. Receive Your Selling Materials

  • We’ll send you digital selling sheets that include:
  • Candle descriptions and high-quality photos
  • A QR code for simple online ordering
  • Unlimited printing rights for your group

3. Share & Sell

  • Participants share the selling sheet/Link/QR code and collect orders from family and friends.

All orders and payments are processed securely through Swinging Gate Farm’s online system.

What You’ll Receive

  • A spreadsheet detailing all orders, organized by participant

  • Candles sorted and labeled for easy distribution

Earnings - Tiered Payout

  Candles Sold             Your Profit

          1–300                    35% of sales

          301–500                40% of sales

          501+                      45% of sales

Payment will be mailed within 5 business days after the fundraiser closes.

Candle Delivery

  • Delivery takes place 3 weeks after your fundraiser ends
  • Free delivery within 30 miles of Swinging Gate Farm
  • For locations beyond 30 miles, we offer a reasonable delivery fee or can arrange a pickup location within the 30-mile radius.

Order Corrections

If a candle needs to be replaced:

  1. Contact us with the issue.
  2. We will process an even exchange within 7 days of notification.
  3. Any pricing issues will be resolved before the replacement delivery.
